COME ON IN to my website and
take a look around! If you've never been to west central Mexico, you're
in for a grand surprise and a fabulous experience.
Picture yourself in a quaint village on the north shore of Lake Chapala,
Mexico's largest lake, sipping a cool beverage while enjoying one
of the planet's finest year-round climates.
At an altitude of over 5,000 feet in the heights of the Sierra
Madres, and at a latitude of 20º, most inhabitants feel no need for either
heat or air conditioning. The climate is a major attraction for the
many Americans and Canadians (fondly referred to as "gringos"
down here) who have chosen to make their homes in the charming
village of Ajijic (ahh-hee-HEEK), or one of the several other
villages along the north shore. For most, it's a dream come
true and far better than they ever expected!

What you can expect from me
 I will hostess Open Houses at least once a month with lots of
signs to direct prospective buyers to your home and have a dedicated
Open House for Realtors with refreshments.
I will showcase your home twenty-four hours a day on the Internet
at www.mlsmexico.com, www.ajijic.com, and my own website, www.AliceinAjijic.com
for maximum exposure.
I will "sell to the sellers." That is, I will let
all the qualified Realtors in the Lakeside area know about your
property. I have a friendly relationship with them all, and act
as Liaison Officer between Realtors and Brokers.
I will place signs on your property so that people passing by
can see that your home is for sale. The signs will have my name
on them so that prospective buyers can contact me directly or
the Ajijic Real Estate office.
I will help you with your inventory and get it into a computer
so that it will be complete and ready for your signature.
I will have flyers at your home and other appropriate locations.
I will keep you up-to-date on showings of your property.
